Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £18,850.00-£23,660.00 per year

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, lash treatments and more.

- Lead and motivate a team of beauty therapists & Stylists to achieve excellence in service delivery.

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism within the salon.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of beauty products and supplies.

- Handle client inquiries, appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.

- Motivating and monitoring team sales

- Carry out weekly team meetings & 1-2-1 meetings

- Manage team hours and timesheets

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a beauty therapist with strong technical skills.

- Leadership or supervisory experience in a spa/salon setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in beauty therapy.

Shifts

Shifts will cover Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Hours of work will range from 9:20am to 8pm. With Tuesday & Sunday cover required for staff annual leave.
